Systems Administrator (Hybrid) (Architecture)

The Team

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join American Tower's U.S. Tower division's Shared Services team, a multifunctional team delivering process optimization, technology solutions, data management, and reporting analytics for all groups within the division's Operations department.  The Shared Services Systems Administrator manages non-financial system applications utilized by more than 2,000 employees and 10,000 external users.  You will be the primary system administrator, configuring applications, designing and implementing enhancements to the core system, fulfilling ongoing maintenance requests, and serve as either a subject matter expert or provider of secondary support.  You will work closely with functional teams and leaders to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure supporting the Operations department's teams, including setting goals and tracking and troubleshooting issues.
