The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for developing a high-engagement culture to help drive business success and build relationships with business partners in a collaborative environment. The successful individual will partner with AMAT Talent Management on Training and Development initiatives for the South Division and will work with the AMAT South Division LeadershipTeam regarding Organizational & Leadership Development activities. A key personality trait will be the ability to work with Division senior management to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness through the development of the Division's Human Capital Assets. Will act as a resource to the Region's Human Resources functions and facilitate CRH/AMAT Corporate initiatives for the South Division.
