Role
As an intern in the IT Services & Support group, a candidate will be responsible for working with Desktop Analysts to help with day-to-day administration, support, and enhancements for endpoint infrastructure. The candidate will also work on projects with specific systems with coaching from their direct supervisor and mentoring from desktop analysts.

Reports to: Desktop Supervisor
Work Plans: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week).
