Your Impact:
The Director, Media Relations will be an integral part of the planning process and responsible for coordinating and executing external communications strategy across the businesses and functions that report into the US Insurance and Retirement businesses division of Prudential Financial in partnership with business communications strategy teams. This role will also be responsible for coordinating external communications efforts for Marketing, PII and PruVen and driving close collaboration with Brand and Reputation communications partners, with an ability to seamlessly integrate internal and external messaging.
The successful candidate will be well versed in the businesses strategy, will understand optimal ways to engage externally through traditional media, social media, and speaking engagements in a way that will serve to: advance the growth plans of the partner groups, connect internal and external messaging, and engage stakeholders in a conversation about Prudential's purpose, value and business solutions.
