Job Description

This role will manage technical reporting/data in a manner consistent with the customer's required service level and team objectives, while maximizing supply chain efficiencies. Facilitate problem resolution tools, inventory management, and order replenishment processes.

Additionally, in this role, you will:

  • Develop and manipulate data files in Excel and Power BI/Power Query.

  • Create slicers in the data and connect information to the appropriate data sources to provide reporting that is efficient, accurate, and easy to use.

  • Collaborate with users and process leaders to identify and implement technical solutions for tools to support customer planning, forecasting, and inventory management processes that maximize retailer in-stocks and sales.

  • Develop reporting that brings in a variety of data sources and formats to drive insights and decision making across various customer teams that have differing needs.

  • Help to deliver prioritized enhancements in reporting and tools to meet user needs.

In one of our professional roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Associate's degree, required, preferably in a technical field.
  • 3+ years of Supply Chain experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Power BI and/or Power Query
  • Familiarity with order fulfillment systems and data, preferred.

Salary Range: 105,740 – 130,620 USD

At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
