Job Summary

Responsible for the architecture, technical aspects, programming, optimization, and data management of Medline's marketing automation platform (Marketo).The responsibilities for this role include managing the technical improvement roadmap, developing and programming advanced marketing automation campaigns, enhancing the execution of demand generation campaigns, technical conceptualizing and requirements for integrated marketing campaigns, performing QA testing on programming, as well as conducting A/B testing for emails and forms.

Job Description

Lead technical design, development, programming, and QA of marketing automation and email marketing programs.

Support the execution of marketing campaigns and direct marketing efforts focused on email marketing, lead generation, acquisition and retention across all sales teams.

Program, configure, test, launch, and maintain multi-touch email campaigns with automatics triggers to deploy communications when customers are engaging with Medline's digital properties.

• Serve as primary point of contact for Demand Generation team by partnering with sales apps IT department on technical design and integration with Microsoft Dynamics to support opportunity identification and data hygiene related to MQLs

• Responsible for the maintenance, updating, and technical execution of email templates in Marketo to support creative teams in rapid deployment of high-performance emails

Build high-quality first party data through organization, codification, and synching of customer data and engagement data.

Create engagement and scoring programs to support the marketing organization

Responsible for assisting Senior Manager of Demand Generation in developing and implementing longer term, strategic enhancements identified by sales marketing, account executives, brand strategy, and creative services

Communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders in clear, business-relevant terms to foster understanding and alignment

Build technical architecture and deployment for the following identified improvements:

• A/B optimization and Customization of Forms, Thank You pages & emails

• Feedback Polls in articles

• CRM Opportunities – Lead Overhaul

• 3rd Party integrations for better customer profiles

• Buyer group development and personalization

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

Minimum job requirements: At least 1 years' experience coordinating current projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines. Must have experience with Adobe Marketo email/marketing automation platform.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$59,280.00 - $85,800.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
