Talent Acquisition Director (Human Resources)
The Talent Acquisition Director is responsible for implementing and managing strategic recruitment and employment programs. The Talent Acquisition Director is responsible for the process of hiring quality Associates that supports the overall business objectives and supports the current and future workforce needs. This position is responsible for completing searches and managing a staff of professional recruiters and support personnel to ensure best practices and meet or exceed performance metrics. All Concorde Associates are required to display professionalism and uphold Concordes Mission and the core values of respect for the individual, integrity, teamwork, customer service, and achievement.
