Accountant (Finance)
Responsibilities Include:
Accounts Receivable (AR) experienceEvaluate, process, and review invoices requested by project management team for accuracy, job cost coding and contractual required supporting documentationProvide the project team with support for change order managementWork with the project and accounting team to develop and provide variance reporting to executive leadershipMonitor financial controls and proceduresAssess invoicing documents accuracy and completeness, tracking down missing or correct data when necessaryWork with a wide range of customer billing portalsData entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience requiredSolid understanding of the billing cycleWide ranging experience with customer invoicesSupport other ad hoc activities as required
