Roadway Engineer (Architecture)

What you'll be challenged to do:
TranSystems is seeking a Roadway Engineer responsible for the design and preparation of plan submittals related to highway and arterial roadway design, complex intersection design, local roadways, site design, bridge replacement/rehabilitation, traffic design, drainage design for MoDOT, KDOT, NDOT and Iowa DOT and other various DOTs and municipal agencies. This is a technical position with future management and business related opportunities.
General Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
What you bring to our firm:
Bachelor's degree in the Civil engineering field required.
At least 4 years of design experience
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and various engineering software systems depending on engineering discipline: AutoCAD; MicroStation/GeoPak; In Roads, Land Desktop, and Civil 3D.
Registration as a licensed Professional Engineer within one year of employment.
