A Role You Will Love Transaction Processors within the Special Issuance Group works in a deadline-driven environment where tasks need to be completed timely with high quality and reliability. There are specific service level standards related to the review and processing of the transactions supported within the Unit. Failure to complete transactions timely and accurately could result in a financial impact to the organization and/or the client. Individuals in this role will need to be able to prioritize their daily work to meet the challenging demands and be ready to respond to increased work volumes. The SEC, Stock Markets, the Depositary Trust Company along with client service level standards will dictate deadlines for completing transactions timely.

What Will You Bring to The Role? The Transaction Processor - SIG - Complex Client is responsible for processing and/or reviewing routine and complex data entry transactions along with communicating directly with clients, brokers, or relationship managers within established productivity and quality standards. Research, follow up, and resolution of stakeholder inquiries and deficient transactions presented for processing.
Review and ensuring that the required legal documentation and/or client authorization has been obtained prior to processing.
Research and resolution any out of balance conditions with the Reconciliation Team.
Daily review of information pertaining to processing feedback and procedural updates.
Required to work overtime and assist on other functions or departments during peak volumes to assist in meeting our client's service level agreements.
Other key skills and experience required:
Associates Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic understanding of SEC regulations pertaining to Transfer Agency Services is a big plus.
Attention to Detail, specifically for the purposes of Reading Comprehension.
Good Data Entry skills, and ability to type an average of 45 words per minute.
Previous hands on experience in a metrics-driven environment where there were established productivity and quality standards, also a big plus.
Keen organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
Willing to adhere to compliance-related class testing and certification as required.
Ability to efficiently work from home as well as in an office setting.
