Santa Barbara-based Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) is a leading provider of data analytics and performance improvement solutions for post-acute care providers, helping organizations drive better patient outcomes and operational efficiency. We empower skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and hospices with real-time, actionable insights.
We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead SHP's marketing strategy and execution. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably in the healthcare or SaaS industry, and a strong ability to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pay
$125,000. - $140,000. annual, depending upon experience
