Strategic Account Manager (Biotech)
The Strategic Account Manager fosters and maintains strategic and long-term relationships with select key clients within a defined geographical region by understanding their technical requirements, clinical and commercial goals and offering appropriate custom manufacturing solutions.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for all client needs within the scope of GMP Nucleic Acids Business Unit (NABU) services; including but not limited to: expansion of existing programs, identification of additional pipeline products, establishing supply agreements, and facilitating commercial readiness activities. This role is responsible for maintaining the relationship and meeting or exceeding predefined growth targets within each account.
