National Director of Systems and Innovation (Maintenance)



We are seeking a National Director of Systems and Innovation. 

The National Director of Systems and Innovation will play a critical leadership role in advancing enterprise-wide initiatives across our contracted healthcare operations. This position is responsible for leading high-priority projects, analyzing operational performance, and delivering actionable insights that support client satisfaction, compliance, and business growth. Working closely with senior executives and regional leaders, the Director will ensure projects are aligned with company goals and healthcare client expectations.

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare support services, contract management, or project leadership roles.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage strategic, cross-functional projects that enhance operational performance within contracted healthcare settings (e.g., EVS, food services, facilities).
• Conduct operational, financial, and workforce analysis to drive data-informed decisions and improve service delivery.
• Partner with operational leaders and client partners to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and quality improvement.
• Develop project plans, KPIs, dashboards, and regular reporting to track progress and outcomes.
• Serve as a liaison between corporate departments and field leadership to ensure project alignment and execution.
• Support RFP responses and business development efforts through data analysis and operational modeling.
• Monitor industry trends, healthcare regulations, and client-specific requirements to ensure project relevance and compliance.
• Drive innovation initiatives to enhance operational performance and service delivery.
• Explore and implement AI capabilities to support business growth and improve efficiency.
 

Qualifications:

  • Employees in Healthcare are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a term and condition of employment at Xanitos, absent a legally required Medical or Religious exception, and are required to report their vaccination status and upload proof of vaccination via a secure online portal. 
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare support services, contract management, or project leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, service line performance metrics, and regulatory standards.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders and tight timelines.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred.

Education

Required
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent or better
  • Bachelors or better in Business Administration
Preferred
  • Masters or better in Health Administration
