Cutter - 1st Shift (Marketing)
Completes the production process for printed material by operating bindery equipment to include Folio, Cutter, Drill, Perforator or Padder. Supports the
manufacture of Business products through a continuous production operation requiring an understanding of work methods and procedures as well as various
binding machines. Work is typically routine although some discretion may be allowed. Applies limited knowledge and expertise applicable to specialty for the
implementation of predominantly short-term tasks and projects for business needs. This job description may describe one skill (or part of a skill) within a multiskilled
production team member job.KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
High school education required or equivalent required.
EXPERIENCE:
Communication is primarily with other bindery workers and facility management.
DECISION MAKING:
\n* Operator has the latitude to kill-out orders that need to be reprocessed due to defects in the printing or binding processes.
\n* Prioritization and selection of jobs to maximize work flow while balancing meeting the rush and service commitments and goals.

\nPhysical Requirements / Working Conditions
\nVarious responsibility qualifications include ability to exert up to 50lbs of force occasionally and lift up to 20 lbs occasionally and/or
\nfrequently. Strength and manual dexterity needed to move objects and will be standing for duration of 8 hour shift.Salary: $17.00
