Human Resources Generalist (Human Resources)
Work collaboratively with the HR Team to assure all HR requests are handled timely
Partner with your assigned accounts management teams to assure all HR processes and policies are being followed
Assist with employee coaching and counseling as needed
Prepare, coordinate, and track all leave of absence requests including FMLA, ADA, Military and PLOA requests on daily basis
Communicate with department managers on Leave updates regarding accommodations needed, follow up appointment dates, and return to work dates
Track, monitor, and report all claims to the Workers Compensation Insurance company
Communicate updates to department managers regarding accommodations needed, follow up appointment dates, and return to work dates
Coordinate the communication and approval of the monthly health benefits enrollments with newly hired employees and assist our Benefits Manager with Life events and our annual open enrollment
