Janitorial Working Supervisor
Requirements:
·Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
·Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
·Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
·Ability to learn basic cleaning principles and techniques.
·Ability to perceive identification numbers marked on material and be able to read and understand numbers and volumes.
Experience Required: 1-3 years year minimum
Position Responsibilities: Includes any or all of the following. Other duties may be assigned. This job description is subject to change.
-The Supervisor trains new employees.
-Duties will include Cleaning, Pulling Trash, Dusting, Cleaning Restrooms, Vacuuming, and other general cleaning duties
-Helps the Account Manager resolve employee and customer issues.
-Assigns tasks to workers and inspects completed work for conformance to standards.
-Oversees and follows up on safety requirements with new employees including site-specific training.
-Focus is team management and quality control.
-Performs the duties of workers they supervise if needed.
-Perform Site Inspections.
