We're glad you're exploring our Quality Manager position and want to share some of the details.
First, we would be looking for you to have the ability to supervise team members, a minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment including experience in quality control and assurance, and a degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Second, this position will be responsible for things like monitoring the performance, promoting the personal development, and providing guidance on performing individual tasks among the quality staff. You will serve as the primary resource for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting, continuous improvement, and customer/regulatory quality while ensuring compliance to International Organization for Standardization, Good Manufacturing Practice, Food and Drug Administration, and customer quality requirements and standard.
