MDS/ Case Manager (Finance)

Qualifications:

• Current Texas nursing license - Registered Nurse (RN) or License Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• 2 years of MDS experience required
• Experience with PDPM required
• Ability to work independently as needed.

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call - 3 days per month
