Position Title: Facilities Manager (6E)
Position Summary
The Facilities Manager performs specific services for employees and customers related to operations and maintenance, real estate, project planning and management, communication, finance, quality assessment, facility function, as well as human and environmental factors. These services coordinate the physical workplace with the people and work of the organization. He/she is responsible for coordinating several activities at once, quickly analyzing and resolving specific problems, and for achieving deadlines.

Title(s) of direct reports (if applicable): Facilities Team Member
Working Conditions: Works in a normal office setting 5 days a week with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Maybe required to assist Facility staff with unloading or moving of supplies, furniture and equipment. Must be able to lift and move 100 pounds.
