The Lead Server position acts as the point of contact for communication to the Food Services Director/Sous Chef. This highly organized individual is responsible for the overall customer satisfaction during the day/evening shifts. Under the direction of the Food Services Director, the Lead Server will orientate and train new employees using the department training manual. Cleaning checklists and input with the server schedule are required tasks of the Lead Server position. The Lead Server may be asked to stay beyond scheduled hours to assist with issues that may arise. The Lead Server will be available for on-call duties for front of the house.
