An exciting opportunity to join the leadership team of the industry leading Prudential Life Concierge Post Issue Desk within the Enabling Solutions. The successful candidate will become an active member of the Enabling Solutions leadership community, coach and develop a skilled, multi-disciplinary team working closely with organizational partners. As the Associate Manager of the Prudential Life Concierge team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a team of associates.
· Planning, directing, supervising, and evaluating workflow.
o Organization of the workflow of associates to provide the most effective and efficient service in accordance with established policies and procedures.
o Ensure the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards. · Recognize and recommend operational improvement.
· Day-to-day application and monitoring of organizational policies and procedures.
· Able to support and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
· Full supervisory responsibility including hiring, performance management, coaching and development.
· Must have a passion for delivering top tier service, and driving customer and employee satisfaction
· Supervisory and/or coaching experience is required
· Previous experience in an operations environment is preferred
· Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working under tight time constraints
· Ability to provide technical assistance to their team and handle escalated calls and complex/sensitive cases
· Ability to provide developmental feedback, and drive organizational results through others
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Solid understanding of annuity products and systems is strongly preferred
· Must be able to work effectively with various sites or vendors; strong interpersonal skills
· Excellent time management skills
· Proficiency with Excel with managing large data files required
· Flexibility in hours, required
· Meeting or Exceeding current expectations is required
*Note: Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident.
Salary range specific to Colorado: $81,000-$109,500 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits packages including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
