Clinic Nurse Supervisor (Healthcare)

Fall River Health Services is looking for a Nursing Supervisor to support the daily operations of the rural health clinic, ensuring qualitypatient care, and managing nursing team members. In this position, you will act as a liaison between patients, families, and medical professionals, and participate in quality improvement initiatives and caregiver development.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate nursing team members to support patient care.
Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth transitions between departments and healthcare settings, such as from clinic to hospital outpatient services, inpatient settings, or emergency departments.Adhere to established policies and procedures, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.Develop educational materials, coaching/training caregivers, and addressing patient concerns.Track patient progress, ensuring proper billing, and supportquality assurance efforts.Foster a supportive work environment and encourage teamwork among staff.Evaluate patients' conditions, gathering medical history, and assessing vital signs.Effectively communicate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to gather information, provide updates, and ensure a clear understanding.Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, interventions, and care plans.Utilize skills to respond to emergencies, provide basic medical treatments, and administer medications as needed.
The average range for this position is $32.12- $39.60/hour, depending on years of experience.
