Teamwork Promotion: Actively promote and participate in a team-oriented work environment, fostering collaboration among team members.
Punctuality and Readiness: Demonstrate consistent punctuality and readiness to commence work at the assigned start time.
Routine Daily Responsibilities: Maintain efficient methods to ensure daily responsibilities are carried out routinely and effectively.
Incident Reporting: Report major incidents promptly to the Clinical Administrative Supervisor, Director of Patient Services, and Director of Operations.
Mission and Values Awareness: Implement awareness of the company's mission, vision, values, and goals in day-to-day operations.
Departmental Support: Fill in as needed for others in the Nursing/Clinical department, contributing to seamless departmental operations.
Professional Phone Etiquette: Answer phones in a professional and timely manner, providing courteous assistance.
Patient Satisfaction Monitoring: Regularly monitor patient satisfaction and promptly inform the relevant departments of any patient complaints.
Privacy and Ethics Compliance: Respect patient and employee rights and privacy, ensuring the security of protected information. Practice in an ethical manner and comply with the agency's compliance program and privacy policies.
Task Completion: Complete other tasks as assigned by the Clinical Administrative Supervisor, Director of Patient Services, and Director of Operations.
