Client Service Associate (Finance)
Assist with new client implementation and onboarding process, including but not limited to preparing paperwork, opening and transferring financial accounts, and gathering client information
Prepare, manage and secure signed forms required for account opening, management, and maintenance. This includes paper signatures, Docu-sign and e-signature presentation
Manage digital capabilities for onboarding new clients and servicing existing clients within current technology stack (Tamarac CRM, DocuSign, LaserApp) and third parties.
Responsible for the accurate and timely administration of client-related activities and tasks within the client relationship management system (Tamarac)
Assist Client Service Representatives with miscellaneous administrative tasks as requested
Receive and respond to inquiries and service requests in a professional and businesslike manner
Client file and CRM (Tamarac) organization and maintenance
Learn and adapt to new software, technology and processes, as rolled out by our technology and operation teams
Attend and participate in weekly and quarterly team meetings
Actively engage in BerganKDV training and education programs
Operate in a culture of Radical Candor, giving and receiving feedback to increase professional growth
Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma required, associates or bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in a professional office environment; preferably within a financial services environment or similar professional setting
Highly organized, detailed, and critical thinker
Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining the necessary attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
Wildly resourceful, proposing thoughtful solutions when faced with a challenge
Polished verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office suite and CRM databases (Tamarac experience is a plus but not required)
Exude emotional maturity, professional mindset and professional etiquette
Ability to operate in a team environment, be adaptable, and build relationships with clients and colleagues.
Operate at a pace that aligns with specific deadlines
