GMS Administrator (Project Management)
General Summary:
Process orders and provide quotations for Rockwell Services delivered by McNaughton-McKay. These Services include, but are not limited to, Rockwell Services contracts, customer training classes, field service requests (scheduled/emergency), and hardware/component repairs or exchanges. Will also work with Regional Solutions Supervisor to assist with order entry of McNaughton-McKay delivered services and solutions. Inside Sales Support responsibilities are secondary to the GMS duties and will only be performed when business needs require additional inside sales support.
Key Responsibilities GMS Duties:
1.Maintains Rockwell training schedule and works with corporate marketing team to ensure website information is updated/current.
2.Assists customers with training requests and order entry.
3.Coordinates technical support for customers and is the primary contact to schedule emergency (or planned) Rockwell Field Service support for customers.
4. Assists Regional Solutions Supervisor with order entry and scheduling McNaughton-McKay delivered services.
5.Processes orders for Allen Bradley exchange and repairs and provides estimated completion updates.
6.Works with McNaughton-McKay Services Specialist to properly enter Rockwell contract orders and coordinate Rockwell engagements.
7.Works closely with Warehouse, Accounting and Outside Sales to ensure timely accurate billing and accurate on-time deliveries.
8.Coordinates with McNaughton-McKay Services Specialists to identify and resolve customer issues.
9.Completes and maintains required documentation.
10.Assists in creating, implementing, and revising procedures and instructions.
11.Supports all quality initiatives set forth by McNaughton-McKay Electric Company.
12.Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1.High School diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
2.Two or more years of experience in customer service.
3.Working knowledge of Rockwell Passport system
4.Advanced working knowledge of SXe business system (Trend).
5.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office package including Word, Excel and Access.
6.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.
7.Ability to work with minimal supervision: organizing, prioritizing and completing tasks at own initiative.
8.Proven multi-tasking and organizational skills.
