Epic Cadence and Prelude Analyst - Onsite or Remote (Finance)
We are looking for an Epic Cadence and Prelude Analyst who will be primarily focus on Epic's Cadence and Prelude scheduling modules. This will be classified as level I-IV depending on experience combined with education. The employee will be responsible for the ongoing design, build, testing, validation and ongoing support of Epic patient access and revenue cycle modules across the health care system. Analyst will need to work with operational stakeholders and IT technical staff to troubleshoot Epic system issues and problems. Analyst will be heavily involved in ongoing application support i.e. break fixes, handle enhancement/optimization requests, quarterly Epic upgrades. Application Analyst will work with customers at all levels in the organization to enhance their understanding of available tools to enhance operational efficiencies. The Analyst will be also be cross trained to become proficient in multiple applications. This position will primarily work remotely from home, but must be able and flexible to travel to campus to attend some required onsite meetings and/or provide go-live support to meet our Service Level Agreements. If a "remote only" candidate is identified they will also be considered.

Duties include:
Certification/Skills:
Must already be certified in Epic Cadence and Prelude modules for revenue cycle.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or a related discipline; equivalent years of related experience in health care or information technology will be considered in lieu of education requirement
Minimum Experience:
Two (2) years of experience in a health care related field required. Large scale health care systems planning and implementation experience on application software products preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
