We utilize a team-based model including embedded Behavioral Health Clinicians as well as Case Managers, Care Coordinators and Community Health Workers.

Summary
The Manchester Community Schools Behavioral Health Clinician is responsible for ongoing direct mental health counseling, behavioral support, comprehensive treatment/behavioral planning, classroom observation, and case management services to school students enrolled in the School-Based counselling; a collaboration between the Manchester School District and Amoskeag Health.
