Role
The Technical Assistance Center (TAC) Team shares knowledge and understanding of lighting and monitoring systems by developing training for field personnel. The TAC provides group and individual training to Area field teams along with maintaining supporting documentation and training videos. This team also collaborates with external vendors and manufacturers to tailor their training to our organization and installation contractors. The TAC Team maintains documentation and best practices for lighting, monitoring and remote communications of our towers. As a member of the TAC, the TAC intern assists with these efforts by learning alongside the team and contributing where able.

Reports to: TAC Manager
Work Plans: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week).
