Position Summary: Responds to customer inquiries over the telephone, maximizing order processing and providing exceptional customer service for Tyree Oil internal and external customers ensuring accurate order processing, supporting the Tyree Oil core values.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Accurately processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established company policy.Provide timely information to internal and external customers via phone and email.Research/resolve/elevate customer complaints and concerns.Partners with Sales team and operations to meet and exceed customers service expectation.Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Sales team, where appropriate.Discuss departmental challenges and opportunities with regarding order and order management with Director of Sales & Marketing to drive efficiency change.Communicate proactively with customers regarding their order status, concerns or questions.Partner with internal departments relating to issues regarding transportation, purchasing, etc.Notify Sales Representatives if shortages or issues occur with orders.Providing general administrative and clerical support. Minimum Experience: One or more years of customer service experience.
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATINS AND CORE COMPETENCIES: Excellent data entry, phone, and strong verbal/written communication skills.Problem solving and analysis.Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment performing several tasks concurrently.Ability to prioritize conflicting work demands under pressure.Works well in a team environment, with a diverse workforce.Experience using general office equipment and proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
