Role:
The Channel Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the successful and timely execution of all channel sales related initiatives. This individual will work closely with the Channel Sales leadership team identifying, prioritizing, documenting and program managing a wide range of programs/projects that will facilitate the efficient and optimal acquisition of channel revenues. In addition to programs/projects, this position will provide dashboards, reports, analytics, etc. enabling improved sales performance and decision-making for channel sales. The Channel Sales Operations Manager will be the primary interface between the channel sales organization and the rest of the functional teams within Crown Castle overseeing the accurate and timely completion of channel requests. The manager will drive operational improvements that continuously create value, eliminate waste, align with key strategic objectives, and improve the internal and external customer and partner experience. This is a highly visible position within the Commercial Sales organization.

Working Conditions: Works in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions. During COVID19 conditions, this role will work remotely to mitigate risk. This position will require up to 25% of time traveling to other office locations when conditions allow.
