ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
We offer paid, full-time summer internships for many majors, with fulfilling work and opportunities to grow. To help launch your career, we provide dedicated staff mentors. You'll also learn from senior leaders and industry experts. As part of the Federal Reserve System, you'll be connected to a professional network that spans the nation. You will begin in early June 2023 and will be based in the Dallas office.

ABOUT YOUR TEAM:
The Credit Risk Management Technology Support Function (CRM TSF) has a dedicated-support team and is responsible for managing, operating, supporting, and developing the automated technology tools used by the Federal Reserve System credit risk management (CRM) business line. The CRM TSF compliance & risk team is responsible for ensuring that the organization is in adherence to all applicable Federal Reserve System, District, and/or supporting business line policies, procedures and standards, including information security policies.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Support the CRM TSF compliance & risk team with developing, governing and maintaining the compliance and risk management program for the organization. Work with the compliance team to develop risk management strategies to avoid non-compliance. Provide support on audit reviews, working across stakeholders to provide coordinated responses and ensuring stakeholder follow through to address any open findings. Assist in coordinating the organization's security attestations across all applicable applications and platforms. Assist in coordinating compliance-related activities and audits related to non-CRM data sharing in accordance with the Data Sharing Procedures. Shadow &/or participate in IT information security lifecycle activities to gain a better understanding of organizational risks resulting from the operation and use of information systems. NOTES:
