Associate Product Manager/ Salesforce Platform (Finance)

WHO YOU ARE
As a Product Owner/ Analyst, you will work closely with Journey and Mission Owners to shape the end-to-end product strategy, vision and roadmap; determine business value and support messaging, communication and outreach to customers and internal stakeholders as necessary.
You work hard to stay on top of fast changing technology and invest a lot of energy in learning new tricks. You are caught up on industry trends and also anticipate what the near future will bring. You love clean interfaces and have a real passion for extraordinary user experience.
Furthermore, you bring:
Expertise with B2C digital products and knowledge of product management, including standard industry concepts, precision practices, technology, and processes for product impact
Experience with facilitating agile ceremonies, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, removing blockers Knowledge of user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and analytics
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams from IT, engineering, design, and business, driving the best product outcomes Understanding of technology interdependencies with an analytical lens to create awareness for the Mission team
Experience in the financial services industry, ideally in the High Net Worth / Ultra High Net Worth segments; active in the startup, agile and tech scene experience.
Salesforce platform experience, and/or Salesforce Administration certifications a plus

As a partner on the Digital Services team, you will be an integral part of one of our nimble and agile cross-functional teams innovating an entire industry. As a Product Owner, you will:
Partner with the Business Architects and Mission Owners to develop the Product Roadmap from user stories
Manage and prioritize product development backlog, ensure it aligns with overall digital strategy, and track product accountability across missions
Resolve product risks, issues and interdependencies, with overall responsibility for the delivery of the product Sprint
Be responsible for holistic product value delivery, for example, reducing time-to-market or reducing development cost
Operate as a key role on Agile team(s) and work with the team regularly, taking action and paying attention to detail where needed for best outcomes
Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design
Align outward-facing product requirements and stakeholders; Facilitate release planning with stakeholders
