Production Associate (Finance)
Racker must have a general competence to follow written procedures for shell and electrode plating. Racker may be trained in all areas of the Sealtron manufacturing process to assemble connectors. Employees will be trained in Sealtron's part numbering systems to help reduce mistakes during the assembly process. The employee will work from verbal and visual instructions from the Lead(s) and sample set-up pieces. The employee will be required to count and records parts as well as complete the required daily paperwork as well as use Avante to 'clock' jobs properly. The job also entails light sweeping and cleaning the tables at the end of the shift.
Responsibilities:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The employee must be able to work to establish manufacturing standards and procedures while maintaining high-quality standards. The employee will have a working knowledge of all procedures as defined in the department's ISO 9001 Procedures Book. The employee will be required to perform other tasks and duties as may be assigned by the Finished Goods Supervisor and/or Leads.
1-2 years of assembly/manufacturing experience preferred.
Blueprint/drawing reading, as applicable; use of basic inspection equipment; ability to read gauges and instruments; basic computer skills; ability to assemble small parts; good eye/hand coordination/dexterity.
Performs other duties as assigned as well as training others.
Good attendance is required of this position.

Employees must maintain a clean, uncluttered and safe work environment observing and practicing high standards of health and safety. This includes wearing appropriate attire, such as protective safety glasses, appropriate closed-toed shoes and any other safety required gear where applicable.
Education:
Plant: Manufacturing plant environment with the moderate noise level. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as safety glasses, gloves (multiple types, detailed in JSA) and hearing protection may be required. Personal attire standards apply.
Physical Demands: Must be capable of walking, standing and sitting for extended periods of time and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs in weight.
