TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Service Coordinator located in Atlanta, GA.

THE HOURS OF THIS ROLE ARE 11PM-7:30am, Tuesday-Saturday

This position will manage client systems to ensure the timely and accurate creation, dissemination and documentation of work orders against deadlines. Supports the effective response of branch operations to emergent issues and vital to the time, resource and cost accounting of work performed by field employees.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Fielding inbound live calls from customers, routing as necessary
• Receives, verifies and disseminates work requests from customers
• Manages work orders,
• Maintains the integrity of the work order system data
• Processes confidential information.
• Maintains a complex filing system.
• Prioritize work in order to successfully meet the needs of internal and external customers.
• Develops process relative to the work control system
