Role Overview 

As the Property Operations Support Manager, you'll have a big mission. You will be responsible for assuring the Company's standards are achieved and excellent customer service is delivered. You also understand the value of taking a moment to express gratitude to the village that helped to make it happen. As you can likely tell, 'how' things are done matters just as much as ‘what' is done here at B.HOM.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manages project plans and activities, tracking project progress and ensures project deliverables are on-schedule; responsible for timely reporting to all internal and external stakeholders on the deadlines and other requirements around established initiatives and portfolio operations plans. 
  • Performs weekly property operation review to analyze and identify areas for improvement and escalates challenges appropriately. 
  • Responsible for the creation and distribution of presentation materials, documents related to process/procedures, and collaborates with appropriate departments as needed on operations policy updates; 
  • Serves as a liaison for gathering data and providing assistance with general inquiries on operations policies and processes. 
  • Supports implementation of new systems, software and other operational adjustments or improvements. 
  • Other duties and or projects as assigned 

 

You Have:

  • 2-4 years' experience in student housing or related area 
  • Experience with Entrata required 
  • Advanced level computer technology skills including MS Office Suite 
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data 
  • Experience developing business and training correspondence 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Excellent professional communication skills 
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a collaborative environment 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
