Position: Help Desk Technician
Location: Waunakee, WI
Hours: M-F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Reports To: IT Manager
Description:
This position is responsible for overseeing the Help Desk and Desktop Support for all facilities in the America's. Oversee and mentor techs and prioritize daily work. Must have the ability to troubleshoot remote users, client issues, network, and servers. Additionally, responsibilities include being able to schedule service calls, support tech's in training users on new and existing software and hardware. Oversee software deployments, procedure development, purchases, and all software and hardware updates.
