Design As a graphic arts disciple, you know the power behind the dynamic visual design.

You will work closely with the art director to get daily projects done. It is for a Junior level designer who is willing to assist and learn from the marketing design team. Mostly focus on taking existing template and version them out to various sizes and messaging in print and digital assets. Things move fast, must be good at understanding the request quickly and deliver assets quickly and must know how to work independently

  • Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
  • Create and assist graphics and design layouts for print ads, flyers, email and digital assets
  • Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art
  • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
  • Should be able to work independently and great at time management
  • Determine the message the design should portray
  • Work with team in an Agile process
  • Bring the conceptual creative solution to each project
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

Minimum Required Qualifications:   

  • 2+ Years experience
  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field is usually required.

Certificates and Licenses: None required.

Other Required Qualifications: 

  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic understanding of CSS, HTML and how it relates to web design.
  • Must have a pixel-perfect attention to detail
  • Well-organized and relentlessly self-motivated
  • Marketing experience is helpful
  • Ability to clear require background check
