Territory Manager, Southeast, US (Finance)
Reporting to the Install Sales Manager, US, this individual will be responsible for business management and sales of Bose Professional solutions in Install and Conferencing categories throughout Tennessee, North and South Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama, with a strong focus on major metropolitan areas within the region - Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte and Raleigh.
They will be responsible for driving attainment of strategic goals by perfecting the mix of new business development and growing existing, legacy business. Following global, national, and local strategies to manage the territory, this individual works within the integrated APSG Sales Team to support all markets and distribution models to obtain strategic and revenue objectives .
Specific Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day activities in territory.
Partner development and growth.
Perfect a mix of achieving immediate revenue while developing long-term opportunities and relationships across Install and Conferencing categories.
Implement key strategic initiatives as directed by senior management.
Technical skills in professional audio, unified communications, and commercial sound installations.
Collaborate with other managers and groups within the organization as needed to ensure that divisional goals are met.
Customer Relationship Management software usage.
Requirements: Must be a very self-driven individual, who works well in both team and entrepreneurial environments. Eight to ten years sales experience in the Professional Audio/Video industry and existing relationships with industry partners and targets in the Southeast region is required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. Average 3-4 days per week travel is required. Microsoft Office and CRM platform usage experience is strongly preferred. Position reports into Install Sales Manager, US and is supported by a Regional Sales Engineer, APSG Business Development, and Pro Technical Support.
