Grants and Communications Coordinator (Marketing)

Envision provides a variety of services to support individuals with disabilities and has been a trusted resource for families for over 50 years. Our mission is to support a full and vibrant future for people with disabilities.
This position reports to the CEO and is responsible for the development and implementation of the agency communications and grants programs and assists in fundraising activities.
Grants
· Research corporate, foundation, and community-based funding opportunities and requests for proposals (RFPs) to develop a pipeline of current and prospective funders for Envision.
· Write grant proposals, letters of interest/inquiry and related materials for proposal submissions.
· Communicate by phone, email, and in-person with current and prospective funders regarding proposal opportunities and submissions.
· Be familiar with the goals, vision, and mission of Envision and effectively communicate those to potential funders.
· Complete necessary reporting and required information for all grants awarded to Envision.
· Maintain documentation of grants received and applied for.
· Coordinate efforts with appropriate internal departments, staff, and volunteers.
Communications
· Responsible for creating and implementing marketing and communications program that will enhance Envision's image and position within the marketplace and the general public.
· Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all Organization publications.
· Coordinate the appearance of all Envision print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
· Develop/maintain Envision's website.
Fundraising
· Plan and implement raffle fundraiser to achieve event goals.
· Administer the planned giving program.
· Other duties, as assigned.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION and PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
