As a supervisor you will be the contact point for Art materials team members and assist with coaching and supervision of our offshore entry/art team, identified as AWS. Communication skills need to be excellent. The Supervisor should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you will lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.
This role also requires an ability to partner with internal teams across the business. This person will need to be comfortable executing in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized, have strong communication skills, and can build and use data for reporting metrics. This person can juggle multiple priorities. The role is full-time. This is not a creative position.
