Law Firm Print & Scan Production Specialist (Legal)

Job Description:

Job Summary:

Provide printing, scanning, copying and binding services of time sensitive and confidential documents at the client location.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Process works as requested through the digital job submission system, received via email or in-person.
  • Production Printing & Scanning & Copying
  • Binding & Document Finishing
  • Litigation Support - Document Reprographics
  • Restock supplies and paper as needed in copy machines.
  • Comply with confidentiality policy and maintain documents in a secure area.
  • Assist with basic maintenance of office hardware as needed and notify appropriate personnel regarding any advanced maintenance that needs to be scheduled.
  • Quality checks all work and escalate issues to Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with printing, copying, and scanning documents.
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in a customer services field
  • Computer skills and experience working with Adobe, MS Word, Excel and Outllook
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
  • Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact.
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
  • Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for an extended period.
  • Preferred Shift: 9 am to 6 pm weekdays
  • Successful candidates must be fully vaccinated from COVID-19 as a condition of employment prior to the start date.
