Human Resources Generalist-HRG (Finance)
Position Summary: The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing a full range of human resources support at a professional capacity for the organization but will specifically support the Pike Engineering and Pike Telecom & Renewables entities. This includes, but is not limited to, onboarding, employee relations, leave of absence, personnel record keeping, compliance with federal and state laws, and reporting.
