Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 3 (Finance)



As a Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will help maintain the flow of materials and products, directly impacting our operational success.

You will report directly to our Shipping and Receiving Manager and you'll work out of our Socorro, TX location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact on the overall efficiency of our supply chain operations, ensuring that products are shipped and received in a timely manner, which is essential for customer satisfaction and operational excellence.As a Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials and products, impacting overall supply chain efficiency. You will report directly to our Logistics Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Socorro, TX location on an On-site work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Significant experience in shipping and receiving operations.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly in a supply chain context.
  • Proficiency in using various shipping and receiving software tools.

  • Oversee and manage the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments and receipts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
