Reports to: Sr. Manager, Global Benefits
Location: Goleta
The Role
The Benefits Associate will be supporting the Global Benefits Team with the day-to-day operations and administration primarily for North America benefit programs such as group health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, long term care, HSA, flexible spending plan, retirement plan, EAP, wellness program, voluntary plans and all other ancillary plans. Deckers is seeking a self-motivated, detailed oriented, organized candidate with a customer service attitude that is well versed in U.S. benefit plans. Benefits Associate will engage regularly with employees on benefits enrollment process, inquiries, or other related matters. The role will collaborate with cross functional team members as well as external parties such as insurance carriers, vendors, and insurance consultants.

We'd love to hear from people with
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
At least 3 years of benefits administration experience preferred
Knowledge of U.S. benefit principles, legislation, and practices
Strong knowledge and proficiency of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Well versed in Workday benefit tracking system a plus
