Human Resources Generalist - Conrad Washington DC (Finance)

Classification: Full-Time

Shift: Various - must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $34.00 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?

As a Human Resources Generalist, you would be responsible for representing the Human Resources division in a general manner, having involvement in all sub-areas of the department's daily functions, as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various HR programs and initiatives. Coordinate meetings, create materials and presentations, research key topics, and provide ongoing support and follow up in project timelines.
  • Receive, listen, and respond to any inquiries and needs which are brought to the Human Resources department. Answer questions, provide forms or directions, and deliver accurate information and assistance.
  • Remain knowledgeable on Team Member payroll processes and benefits and responds to related inquires. Assist with the creation and facilitation of trainings. Communicate with recruiters and respond to inquiries from employment candidates.
  • Maintain Team Member and applicant bulletin boards, as well as the HR kiosk area. Maintain the cleanliness and overall presentation of the HR office. Handle correspondence and meeting scheduling on behalf of HR leadership.
  • Compile, distribute, and file paperwork in a timely and efficient manner. Run reports and present information, as needed.
