YOUR ROLE
- Pre and post-production for video and photo content/brand experience including (not limited to) ability to create video cut-downs to leverage across social, web and ecommerce
- Own and manage the concepting and execution of global digital marketing calendar presenting 360 strategy for new product and marketing initiatives across all channels (website, app, social, email marketing, digital marketing ad formats)
- Digital asset management for all internal and external global stakeholders and integration of digital marketing plans. Includes: Video, photo, graphics, and other multimedia materials on web social and ecommerce
- Strong communication, coordination and organization efforts with several different content creators (artists, editors, internal and external teams, etc.). Ability to manage timelines and processes with opportunity/flexibility to improve and/or refine streamlined workflows
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required (flexible)
- Four years related experience in digital marketing field with experience in fashion, beauty or related industry preferred
- Experience with content management tools preferred (HeyOrca, One Dam)
- Proficiency in graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
- Proficiency in video editing with ability to create social media cut-downs (Premiere Pro or related video editing program)
- Using analytics candidate must be able to draw conclusions, share insights, opportunities and recommend optimizations to drive content and ad performance
- Experience in content creation and management for ecommerce, web and social (organic and paid advertisements)
