Set Up Technician-Die (Manufacturing)

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Set-Up Technician, you'll be hands-on with our dies and pressespreparing machines for production, performing changeovers, and ensuring every part meets our high quality standards. Your work keeps the line moving and our customers satisfied.
Youll be responsible for:
Setting up and adjusting dies for a variety of presses and jobs.Operating forklifts to install and remove heavy dies.Making machine adjustments and securing stock materials.Running test pieces and inspecting for accuracy before full production.Working closely with operators and quality control teams.Keeping your work area clean, safe, and efficient.Following all OSHA, ISO, and safety regulations, including lockout/tagout procedures.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience with press and die setup in a manufacturing environment.High school diploma or equivalent.Strong mechanical skillsyoure hands-on, sharp-eyed, and detail-driven.Comfortable using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and hardness testers.Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).A team player who can also lead and train others when needed.
Physical & Work Environment:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.Expect a fast-paced, loud, industrial environmenthot in the summer, cold in the winter.This is an active roleyoull be on your feet, using tools, and staying engaged all shift.
