Job Description
Primary Function of Position
The Service Contract Administrator will perform a full spectrum of contracts administration tasks including working directly with internal and external customers to ensure all customer needs and requirements are attended to for Service Contract related business.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain integrity and accuracy of the Contract Administration database through the processing of service contract and digital solutions addendums
- Process service contract and subscription billings and credit memos for customers (U.S. and OUS markets)
- Generate and distribute reports for the purpose of monitoring and measuring service contract status and revenue
- Assist Finance and Field Service on Service Contract collections
- Support Field Service in the daily service contract activities
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations with external customers; coordinate various functions within the company to ensure customer satisfaction
- Respond to inquiries from customers and internal business partners regarding fleet detail, billings and purchase order status
Required Skills and Experience
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in contract administration, billing, or customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to function in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Solid SAP skills and a general knowledge of its reporting functions
- Proactive and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- This role requires working onsite in our Sunnyvale, CA office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week
Required Education and Training
- BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Experience with service contracts or subscription billing
