Warehouse Manager (Marketing)
• Informs leaders and other internal clients of pertinent information and communicates to other departments as necessary.
\n• Communicates with external clients and vendors as needed.
\n• Effectively communicates with team and at all levels within the organization.
• Accept or reject incoming materials and advise on conditions that may cause late delivery.
\n• Determine when to involve other departments in issues and involved in determining outcome.
\n• Truck load-out decisions such as splitting loads or when to hold or send a truck.
\n• Scheduling of employee hours.
\n• Evaluate and make purchasing recommendations relative to needs, availability, and cost.
\n• Recommend material handling equipment purchases based on testing, performance and costs.
\n• Continual evaluation and modification of work priorities.
\n• Measures and monitors department metrics to focus on continued improvement of warehouse and delivery processes and systems.
• May function as a member of emergency response team providing equipment and utility shut down and assistance to emergency personnel as required.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
Base Salary: Minimum $75,000- Maximum $90,000
Position is eligible for a 7% annual bonus incentive program.
The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
