Early Childhood Coordinator (Child Learning Center) (Project Management)
The Early Childhood Coordinator will serve as a leader in the Early Childhood department and help support the daily operations of the YMCA Child Learning Center (CLC), working under the direction of the Early Childhood Director. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Hiring early childhood teachers, while maintaining correct staff-to-children room ratios, and have excellent knowledge of state licensing and YoungStar requirements. Coordinator will collaborate with lead teachers of 5 classrooms, and serve as a role model for all. Volunteer activities at the CLC, as well as manager-on-duty shifts one evening per month. Coordinator will maintain the schedule for 17 teachers; plan, order, and maintain food schedule.
